Dushanbe, (NIAT «Khovar», Nargis Boyahmedova,Anushervony Gayratzod). - «The main trends of foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan at the turn of the century» - under that name in Dushanbe was published a book of senior adviser to the head of state Zafar Sayidzoda. 
             «This research work at 418 pages, provides interpretation of the events and processes from 1992 to 2004, ie 12 years», - noted the author. The publication interesting opinions and conclusions of the author about the stages of formation and development of the foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan. In the center of his attention - the formation of foreign policy orientation state in the 90-th years of last century. 
             Z. Sayidzoda stressed that in the book the reader can verify that the basic principles on which began to form foreign policy of Tajikistan, were laid in the declaration of state independence of the republic.
