Last issue of magazine Vatan published by Tajik students studying in Turkey dedicated to Roghun HPP

DUSHANBE, January 8, 2010, Asia-Plus -- The last issue of magazine Vatan (Homeland), which is published by Tajik students studying in Turkey, is dedicated to the construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP) and contribution of all fellow-countrymen to this project, according to the Tajik Embassy in Ankara.

The Council of Tajik Students has appealed through the magazine to Tajik entrepreneurs and students working and studying in Turkey to make contribution to the construction of the Roghun HPP, the source said.

Vatan is a quarterly that has been published by Tajik students studying in Turkey since January 26, 2000.  The magazine publishes articles on various subjects in four languages – Tajik, Turkish, English and Russian.
